Excellent relationship-building and critical thinking skills with determined and decisive nature.

I am currently a Production Supervisor with 5/6 years of experience supervising, scheduling and directing employees. Resourceful specialist knowledgeable in production of automotive and agricultural equipment. Track record of boosting efficiency in tear down and set up of tools in presses and other equipment. Focused on monitoring safety in busy and potentially hazardous environment. At Uelner Tool I started at the bottom and through hard work and dedication the company promoted me to the Production Supervisor becoming a reliable pillar in the company. When I started I did everything from cleaning and painting the facility to grinding and working on making parts that pass quality assurance checks. After proving attention to detail and reliability the company moved my focus to direct production. I was responsible for running presses and developed the trouble shooting skills necessary to work on tool setup. I worked on variability, jumping at every opportunity to become versed in any press available to insure a strong foothold in the company. I can set up and run every press in the building ranging from the smallest 90 ton up to the largest 1500 ton press.
