• Provide intensive care to high to acuity patients in SICU/CCU/ICU/Neuro-ICU who are on ventilators and multiple drips utilizing hemodynamic monitoring, diagnostic test, arterial blood gases and medication administration.

Jackson Memorial Main Campus (Surgical-ICU contract).

• Cared for post-op day 2+ CABG patients, LVAD patients, Thoracotomy with chest tubes patients.
• Served as a mentor to New graduate Nurses of the unit.

• Worked in a fast paced ER managing critically ill patients, mostly ICU holds.

Central Staffing ICU float pool (Main Campus)

• Management of critically ill patients during peak Covid-19 surges.
• Invasive monitoring and evaluation of patient's response to CVVHD, mechanical ventilation, sedation, paralytics and vasopressors.
