I am currently a teacher & coach in the Dawson-Bryant Local School District. I am in my 5th year as a teacher, and 7th year as a coach in our district. Through the years, I have coached 18 different seasons for our district between various sports. I have been a part of the rebuilding process at Dawson-Bryant & what it takes to build the foundation of a successful program. I have experienced success & what it takes to sustain success at Dawson-Bryant. I am a hardworking person who will dedicate time, effort, resources, and whatever is necessary to help the kids at Dawson-Bryant be successful. Not only academically & athletically, but in life.

- Travel Basketball Organization based out of Hilliard, Ohio.
- Our organization sends multiple kids to play at the college level each year, typically averaging 10-15 kids per class. Most recently from our area & affiliated with our club, 2 standout players from Minford are now playing D2 College basketball, 1 standout player from Ashland is currently playing D1 Basketball at Liberty University.
- Circuit team that plays the best talent from all over the country.

Philosophy:
My philosophy as a coach is based around building relationships with our student athletes. Strong relationships build teams, friendships, and successful people. Strong relationships will build participation, enjoyment, and passion. Enjoyment & passion will get our student athletes in the gym to work hard towards their goals. Being able to be in classroom with them daily as elementary students & coaching them in other sports as they are growing, I have been able to build strong relationships that already exist.
