Responsible for uploading necessary data to OneVizion and BidLog as necessary while managing the GCs and their progress on a multitude of sites. This includes uploading the scheduled documents and e-mails pertaining to said sites into the shared drive for SBA.
I am responsible for the T-Mobile and Verizon Wireless call that occurs frequently throughout the week. I am responsible for coordinating with the Construction Supervisors and making sure that any information that T-Mobile or Verizon requests is given to them. I am responsible for direct communication with the client to ensure our dates are aligned, and to ask them any questions regarding sites where we are pending documentation or feedback from them.
Ensuring that the Construction Supervisors are tracking Quality Audits on sites, and any other extraneous duties that fall outside of the immediate scope for T-Mobile and Verizon. This includes Tower COPs.

DISH projects, from new builds, to close out packages needing to be completed per specifications. This includes alarm report and testing for link lights, fiber loss, cell degradation, and other external alarms. All paperwork documented and checked, and disseminated to all necessary parties.
L&A work for Verizon Wireless, NSBs. Installing new antennas/radios/coax/OVP and integrating all technology through warm or hot swaps per market's standards. This has included building booms on the ground for cranes and flying up, but has mostly been stick building due to resources. This includes supports per market standards. This has also included a few civil items such as H-frames, stabbing posts with concrete, and pouring slabs for generators and cabinets.
Tower Inspections: Inspecting Towers per TIA's standards for Verizon Wireless, primarily Guyed and Self-Support towers. This includes the plumb and tensioning measurements, and used the required Theodolite to grab the degrees of all anchors.
Troubleshooting for Verizon Wireless. This includes VSWRs, cell degradation, RF loss, and faulty equipment such as antennas and RET motors. Also responsible for reading construction drawings, plumb diagram, RFDS, and determining what additional materials will be necessary to complete the site before arrival.

Scope of work primarily consisted of subcontracted L&A and modifications for Nextel, T-Mobile, and Sprint, as well as troubleshooting for the respective carriers.

Ensuring all documentation including: RTP, BOM (Bill of Material), JSA (Job Safety Analysis), Harness and Rope Inspections, Construction Drawings, RFDS, PPE, Rigging Plan, and any ancillary permits are present on site, and the documentation is understood by the team and how it related to construction. This allowed the Top Hand and Tower Hands to understand every phase, and grow their knowledge and themselves in the roll.

Worked primarily on the modification of towers from Monopole to Guyed Tower, which included plumb and tensioning if necessary. Example of modifications performed: uplifting the tower with additional steel, core drilling at the bottom, welding per the scope of work, and throwing kickers underneath sectors, or along the insides of specified sectors with particular bracing.
