Significant strengths include adaptability to various learning styles, effective communication skills, and fostering positive relationships with students, parents, and educational staff. Previously impacted student success through innovative teaching methods and consistent classroom management. My goal is to encourage students to learn to the best of their ability and support them in the ways that they learn.

It is my belief that a warm and welcoming classroom environment is key to cultivating a love of learning, as it helps students feel safe, valued, and motivated to engage with the material. I understand that each student is unique and learns in different ways, and it is my responsibility to recognize these differences and adapt my teaching methods accordingly. By tailoring lessons to suit a variety of learning styles, abilities, and interests, I can create a more inclusive and dynamic classroom where every student has the opportunity to succeed and thrive.
