The role of the Technician I, Product Test & Calibration is to set-up, maintain, operate, test and inspect product, and perform repairs on equipment in compliance to finished product specifications. Minimize scrap generation and promote workplace safety. Provide process information to management so production equipment may be optimized or corrected. Facilitate workflow and ensure production is maintained.

• Gathered, organized, and ensured accuracy of data from various sources, prepared information for analysis in a usable format through digital and physical data collection methods, supporting insights and decision-making within SoundThinking.
• Collected incident data from field sources and entered records into internal databases with high accuracy.
• Validated source documents for completeness, consistency, and compliance with data collection standards.
• Cleaned and standardized datasets to support reliable analysis and reporting.

· Gather all materials necessary for a production job (all connectors, wire, terminals, tools, etc).

· Read and interpret detailed drawings, diagrams and work instructions to complete assemblies or subassemblies.

· Select, cut, and mark wires of specified color, marking, or length. Install terminals and contacts to ends of wires, insert or install into components, plugs, etc.

· Ability to use pre-configured machinery with limited guidance.

· Ability to use all hand tools and understand the basic function of each.

· Ability to solder not required but preferred.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

• Assembled medical grade patches and devices to meet quality standards.
• Operating light production equipment, Gelling machine, Heat staking, Laser cutter, and Arbor presses.
• Cleaning and organizing workspace to maintain safety and efficiency.
• Perform a series of operations to correctly assemble and test medical devices by following detailed assembly instructions, inspection, processes, and procedures.
• Perform visual, variable, and functional inspections/testing of incoming materials to verify adherence to specification requirements.
• Documented processes to ensure compliance with regulatory and NuLine procedures.
• Performed routine building maintenance tasks to ensure facility functionality.
• Conducting testing of new device assembly procedures with engineering and operation staff.
• Cleaning, organizing, and other duties as assigned.
• Building maintenance.
• Adhering to the Company's Code of Ethics and any related ethical, compliant business practices, including, but not limited to FDA regulations and guidance's, and other Federal, state and/or local laws.
