In the past twenty years of being employed in the government sector, I have learned team building skills are paramount to a cohesive team atmosphere. I have a strong understanding of team building, effective communication, and how to effectively work with different personal traits.
Being able to resolve a conflict prior to it maturing into a catastrophic event through effective communication is a strength I have shown providing effective resolutions to conflicts.
I believe communication is the number one contributor to this success, and I pride myself on my ability to effectively communicate as a Field Training Officer, to my peers, and to the citizens of Grant County.
Being a successful patrol Deputy and Field Training Officer has encouraged me to continue my path in leadership.
In my personal time I enjoy all aspects of the outdoors to include hunting, fishing, and hiking. I find a great amount of joy involving my children in hobbies I am truly passionate about.
I believe family is number one is all aspects of my life. I find it important to spend time with my wife and children away from work. I enjoy family vacations, family events, and find value in spending time with my family while at home.
