When this program started in 2007, Greeley Hispanic Males had a 25% graduation rate. By 2010, we were up to 62%, and my group of 30 had a 93% on-time graduation rate and a 100% graduation rate within 5 years. This program has helped to reduce the gap, and we are at 79% in 2024 for Hispanic males.
