In addition to clinical support, I was trained in front desk operations, which included greeting patients, managing a high volume of phone calls, and verifying insurance information with accuracy and professionalism. Team Rehab operated in a fast-paced environment where adaptability, positivity, and reliability were essential. I assisted in designing and demonstrating exercise programs, providing hands-on guidance and verbal cues to ensure proper technique and patient safety. I was also responsible for scheduling patient appointments as well as managing staff schedules for the clinic’s technician team. This experience allowed me to strengthen my interpersonal communication, organizational skills, and ability to thrive under pressure qualities that directly translate to success in sales.
