
I started in the HVAC industry doing new construction installs as well as retro-fit installations. From there I moved into a leadership role managing a crew of around 10 people, purchasing items and materials for three different departments within the company daily by issuing purchase order numbers and then reconciling them daily. Managed the staging and efficiency of upcoming jobs as well as the production materials needed to go along with the jobs. Created an inventory system and points of when to order, which was Implemented into a daily routine. Facilitated weekly safety meetings and many forms of company training.
