Certifications
I have gone to region 9 culinary arts school for two years and have just graduated with my culinary II certificate, I also have ServSafe food handler and my OSHA training certification, I was successful in class and went on to participate in SkillsUSA where I got to face unique front of house challenges, I also worked at a summer camp called 4H cooking food for over 100 children. This helped me learn how to cook quick and efficiently, I learned this efficiency in other general tasks such as sanitizing areas and washing dishes both by hand and with a dishwashing machine.
Certifications
My accomplishments are going to SkillsUSA competition, the judges said I did quite well, I also received a $200 toolship to continue in the culinary industry.
