I'm a motivated, driven individual with a strong desire to learn new things. I take pride in my work and consistently deliver great quality. I am mechanically inclined, with 10 years of hands-on experience, and I've also been welding for 9 years. I'm looking for a company where I can grow and make a name for myself. If you choose to bring me on, I will not disappoint.
My main job is to fit materials together according to blueprint specifications, and weld out accordingly. I also cut parts occasionally, and help with other tasks as needed.
My job was to cut, fabricate, weld structural steel, and install everything we make. I am very familiar with handrails, and I am comfortable with building stairs accurately.
I restored classic trucks and cars at this company as their sheet metal fabricator. This position included but was not limited to installing new sheet metal parts, fabricating and shaping sheet metal to make our own parts, cutting and re-welding frames to meet certain specifications, cutting out rusted steel/ cleaning and replacing the damaged parts, tig, body work on any damaged panels, any mechanical work as necessary and much more. We specialized in building custom 4 door 67-72 Chevy truck cabs for customers but did much work on many other vehicles.
I handled every part of residential roofing projects, from stripping old roofs down to the bare wood, to installing new systems. I am skilled in installing both composition shingles and metal roofing. Beyond just the roof, I also have experience with truss work, installing siding, and fascia.
At northwest autobody I started as a detailer, moved up to parts manager, and then became a junior body tech. I repaired small damage vehicles which included accessing the damage, getting a parts list put together, removing body panels to repair and then putting the vehicle back together.
