  • I would take representatives and outside inspectors through processes such as fabrication of the metal, building and assembly of the valve both bottom and top of car (per car file)
  • I would also take them inside to review and inspect the required lining material and specifications (per car file), and would assist them with reviewing the blueprints, specifications and requirements for each process for each of their representing car file
  • I would then take them through the final process of painting and decaling the tank car and assuring that the write-up defects were all complete
  • Multiple NDT certifications- Through my AWS level 2 certification I have acquired the following- Level II Air leak testing-Level II Dye Penetrant Testing-Level I Ultrasonic
  • Testing-Level II Visual Testing-Liquid and Rubber Linings Inspections
  • Cleaning and NDT examination of casing and drill pipe for Oil rigs all around Ark-La-
