I have worked with food my entire life. Straight out of high school i dove in gastronomy working for some really cool chefs over the years with decades of experience. I started out catering and worked my way into fine dining. I love to be creative and give creative input on flavors and plating techniques. I try hard to learn and teach something new everyday if your not constantly evolving your doing something wrong!
