As part of AT&T’s National Distribution team, I am responsible for in-field sales & customer service. When a technician is dispatched for a scheduled service or installation, an Integrated Solutions Consultant is dispatched with them to help walk customers through set up process, app registrations, and ultimately sell more products in the AT&T suite.

Using a dispatch management system to keep all activities up to date and tracked, per company policy
Utilizing social media, cold calling, advertising, and referrals to grow a customer base & acquire new business daily
Use of a proprietary POS system to manage, create, upgrade, and maintain AT&T accounts and products for customers
Building strong relationships with community members and businesses, including but not limited to, local law enforcement, firefighters, hospitals, nursing homes, schools, and more
Attending schedule sales events as part of the AT&T/FirstNet sales force
Building and maintaining rapport with AT&T and contracted technicians to assure a seamless process for the customers as well as a mutually beneficial relationship with the technicians
