  • As part of AT&T’s National Distribution team, I am responsible for in-field sales & customer service. When a technician is dispatched for a scheduled service or installation, an Integrated Solutions Consultant is dispatched with them to help walk customers through set up process, app registrations, and ultimately sell more products in the AT&T suite.
  • My responsibilities include:
  • Upfront, in person customer service
  • Maintaining knowledge of all AT&T services, products, and promotions

  • Building and maintaining rapport with AT&T and contracted technicians to assure a seamless process for the customers as well as a mutually beneficial relationship with the technicians
