• As this is a current role I fulfill, I can't say anything is concrete for my skills here. This is only due to my role changing as the days go by, with every order I have to complete, there are new skills that have to be put forward.
• Nonetheless, I have most definitely applied myself in everything I do. In which, there are a variety of things as it is sometimes necessary for me to switch departments. In my main role as a catering specialist, it is important to be as cordial as possible and assist customers with whatever needs they have.
• This was also ingrained in me through a past experience at the same establishment; I previously had the role of curbside/e-store associate there. It was a constant need for me to be as helpful as possible with customers. Mainly though my entire job was to be fast on my feet; plainly put, able to get things done quickly. This helped me understand better that different roles require different work ethics.

When thinking back on my time at this establishment, I would definitely say my multitasking was put to the test numerous times when coming in for shifts. There was never a time where I didn't have multiple tasks expected of me at once.

• That being said, it did improve that task completion skill within myself. Whether it be stocking items, helping guests, or even assisting with some game/experiences, I was always looking to complete each task as it was presented to me.
• Furthermore, it can be said that it was always a good thing to be fast on my feet as well. Many shifts here were very fast-paced and I had to check out patrons quickly in order to get back to stocking/cleaning the floor. Not to say I was sloppy in my completion of each respective task.

• As for my role in this Deli and Bakery, it was plainly put my first real high performance job. It taught me the basics of work etiquette, ethics, and overall customer service. Along with the fact that you must move with your team and in harmony, as you are not simply a standalone person working within a company or area.
• Keeping my composure was important at all times, no matter if I was attempting to accomplish quite a bit in a small amount of time or complete a single, everyday task. Whoever you might be serving, whatever item you might be cooking or preparing, or whatever you might be stocking; all of these tasks must be seen through and with utmost care and proper procedures.
• Moving forward, I would say working there was still fairly simple and I did enjoy it overall. Having had to overextend myself and be multiple people at once daily showed me the type of person I need to be. It grew my work ethic even further, in which I am all the more thankful for that experience along with being given that opportunity to begin with.

• Instacart was most definitely a delightful experience for me. Although I would have still benefited from a higher up, as I enjoy that guidance throughout a career I may have with a company.
• Despite that flexibility and it being a rather straightforward job, I am still quite a 'all or nothing' individual and believe in putting equal effort into everything. For that matter, I would always work at a quick pace and with customers to the best of my ability.

• Essentially, I have always believed in helping and giving to others, which is exactly why I found myself in volunteer work.
• This role gave me a basic, wholesome understanding of how it is to work with and assist people. Moreover, it also made me appreciate everyone and knowledgeable of their tough situations. Overall I'm fairly thankful for the time I spent there, especially getting to meet as many families as I did and potentially aid them in their day to day lives.
