  • I was a superintendent of the San Marcos and New Braunfels area for all post-construction needs
  • My role was to be the customer service side of our company for our new homeowners with their warranty concerns
  • Anytime a homeowner in my territory had a construction issue, I would get the notification and be the inspector of the home to make a list of items to fix and make repair plans. Also, I was in charge of scheduling the vendors and handling billing
  • I learned to manage a lot of accounts and moving parts as well as using my sales skills to settle disputes with homeowners and vendors on solutions to fit our warranty
