• Monitor and record vital signs, medication reminders, and follow health plans developed by nurses or therapists.

• Assist with therapy routines or exercises as directed by healthcare professionals.

Emotional & Social Support:

• Build trusting, supportive relationships through respectful communication.

• Encourage social interaction and involvement in recreational or community activities to reduce isolation.

Documentation & Communication:

• Maintain accurate records of care, behaviors, and progress.

• Communicate effectively with family members, case managers, and healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant working through a healthcare staffing agency, I provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients across a variety of settings, including nursing homes, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, assisted living facilities, and private homes. My role requires adaptability, strong clinical skills, and the ability to quickly adjust to different environments and patient care needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care including bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, and mobility assistance
