Responsible for Repairs and Maintenance of Building Mechanical, HVAC Equipment, Building Systems, And Building Security Systems at Two Locations Leased by CEL-SCI Corporation. Both Facilities are a Mixed Use of Laboratory and Administrative use. CEL-SCI is involved in the research and development of immunotherapy products for the treatment of cancer, autoimmune and infectious diseases. The Company's core capabilities include: drug discovery, research, development and manufacturing of complex biological substances

Responsible for Repairs and Maintenance on HVAC & refrigeration equipment in over 30 restaurant buildings. To include Outback Steak House, Friendly’s, and many other restaurants. Troubleshooting Breakdowns and Repaired Malfunctioning HVAC systems and Components, Utilizing Measuring and Testing Instruments - Assessed the Accuracy of the HVAC/R Preventative Maintenance Procedures and gave Feedback to Management on Situations That Should be Addressed.
