Facilitate and coordinate team member orientation, benefit enrollment, assist in updating and maintaining HR records, filing, and team member communication. Responsible for comprehensive scheduling processes and club payroll.

Responsible to continue momentum of store operations, attend to guests. Assist leaders through communication and collaboration to influence current sales performance and workload deliverables, leverage daily check-ins, check-outs and meetings as connection points. Lead and demonstrate a culture of executing all best practices as outlined with team onboarding and learning; help close skill gaps through development, coaching and team interactions.

Remove and unload packages from trucks for customer deliveries, using care to avoid damage to goods. Offer expertise in inventory management and current stock levels to internal teams and customers to facilitate accuracy and product availability. Maintain strong vendor connections and manage specific shipment or paperwork concerns.

Evaluate candidates for open positions and develop a guest-centric team Lead team onboarding and learning and close knowledge gaps through training and experiences

Resolve staff member conflicts, actively listening to concerns and finding appropriate middle ground. Monitor and analyze business performance to identify areas of improvement and make necessary adjustments. Conduct regular check-ins with your team to ensure completion of tasks and workload. Utilize workload planning tools to complete all scheduled workload.
