Dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) with progressive career history in direct patient care, triage and care coordination in fast-paced environment. I have held UBC chair for our department for the last two years and have enjoyed initiating new practices to improve patient outcomes and safety on our unit. I am also on the Aedication safety committee, Aromatherapy committee and Maternal Education committee. I am also currently in the Emerging Leaders Program.
