As one of the only bilingual individuals In my workplace, school, and community, I have found that this skill is one that has been useful in the helping of many. From assisting in translating for migrant workers, helping family at doctors appointments, and even assisting in meetings with teachers for myself and other family members. This skill has also been seen in other areas as I have consistently worked at my current job every weekend while also excelling in the other areas of my life and this has allowed me to maintain high standards in challenging environments. From taking care of numerous newborn calves to being taught and succeeding in the operating of skid loaders. One of the things that I am most proud of is my willingness to learn, and accept challenges while also understanding that there are things I do not know so I must rely on others. These abilities will be important for any job that I might have the pleasure of accepting.
