• Stayed in constant contact with each customer through the warranty claims process from beginning to end until their claim was fully processed and resolved

• Performed, maintained, adjusted, reconciled, and updated inventories for up to 39 mattress showrooms throughout the Inland Empire, and the San Diego areas on a monthly basis
• Remotely monitored and invoiced all incoming and outgoing store merchandise transfers, and customer invoices
• Traveled to each showroom between one and two times a month to conduct a physical inventory
• Loaded an inventory scan on to a bar batch code scanner at each location, scanned the product, uploaded the scan on to a laptop and then printed all related reports in order to determine what items may be missing
• Reconciled inventory by doing thorough research and reconciliation within the operating system.

• Managed delivery drivers by making sure that all of their duties were met and performed at a satisfactory level according to company standards
• Timely, efficient, and professional service to each customer were at the center of these duties
• Tracked each driver as their delivery route progressed through the day via phone communications
• Managed any customer delivery issues that arose throughout the day by maintaining communication between the drivers, the customers, and the delivery department manager
• Checked in each and every driver as they arrived back to headquarters at the end of their route
• All paperwork related to the route had to be correctly filled out and turned in with customer signatures
• All delivery truck cabs had to be cleaned and the box had to be empty of any product
