Monitor machines to assure production is running properly and avoid any interruption by machines breaking down and stopping. Make sure there is always extra pallets, wrapping and supplies to avoid any delays in production. Check string packages and boxes to ensure they have the correct dates and are sealed properly. Assist in unboxing 41lb blocks of cheese. Assist with over flow and fix any issues when machines break down. Overlook two lines of string cheese and about 55 employees per shift. Cover lunches and breaks for employees and run their machines while they take their breaks. Make sure there is always coverage to ensure production doesn't stop or slow down.

Over look and monitor the following five areas of production: evaporator and drier control room, R.O's, filter system and evapac. Take readings from machines every hour and check PH levels, tank levels and charts to assure quality of production is at what it needs to be. Make sure all information is accurate on charts where we take logs. Ensure that all employees keep their work area clean such as clean floors, clean tables, and that all chemical barrels are in stock and stored properly. Handle harsh chemicals wearing personal protective equipment (PPE). Work with harsh chemicals such as acid, caustic, enrich, san-i-king, enzyme, alkaline, hydrozoan and alpet.

Assisted in performing activities such as planting, weeding, cultivating, irrigating, mowing, trimming, edging, watering, raking, plowing, disking, pruning, harvesting of experimental plots and field crops, trash/litter pickup, and kept lawns clean and free of trash and debris. Operation of farm equipment such as tractors, work trucks, and use of tools. Provide care for laboratory in a farm environment. Clean shops, barns, sheds, barn lots, and office facilities. Assist in the construction and repair of fences, buildings and sheds. Distribute fertilizers over fields and plots. Drove trucks to transport supplies and equipment as instructed.
