  • As a supervisor I had to be in charge of five positions. I had to make sure that all five where on task and followed work procedures. Other tasks that I was in charge of was to count of the hours worked for almost up to 300 workers in order for their checks to be received on time. If anyone called off I had to make sure I called someone else to fill the position so I won’t be short staffed. Before my shift started I had to figure out where to put and how much people to put in each position to have a successful day of no flight delays. I was always willing to come in as early as I needed to just to help out at work. I would always be on time and had things ready before the next shift started.
