- The first I do when arriving check the bathroom, and also checking on bartender.
- Helping the server run drinks and anything they request.
- Pick up dirty plates and cups when customer where done and put on big bins and when it was full bring to the basement that where dishwasher was.
- Change the kegs for the bartender and their garbage for them. When they low on drink bring them bottle and beer to restock and ice too.

- In the morning before the restaurant open take out table and chair.
- Pre bus table as soon possible since small place and busy.
- Every 1-2 check the bathroom to make sure it clean and end shift sweep.
- Bring ice and cups for bartender and change their garbage. Also help bartender find bottle in our backroom.

- Polish the silverware for the server so they can do roll ups.
