My leadership has been instrumental in developing, implementing, and managing complex programs.   • Planned Live Virtual Constructive (LVC) at sea certification events by aligning the United States Fleet Forces (USFF) strategic vision with executable training vignettes utilizing existing technology that prepared deploying ships for real-world threats
  • One of my key roles was mentoring and training three CSG JICOs and three Amphibious Readiness Groups (ARG) ICOs in Multi TDL Network (MTN) operations
  • This initiative significantly increased fleet readiness, preparing our forces to respond effectively to real-world threats
  • Mentored 35 Officers and Sailors as CSG-4 Senior Assessor for Task Force Exercise across multiple warfare areas during integrated training to include three Live Fire Events (LFE), six Air Defense Exercises (ADEX), and four War At Sea Exercises (WASEX)
  • Collaborating with the Navy-Marine Corps Spectrum Office (NMCSO) and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) on LINK 16 pulse deconfliction, I ensured civilian safety of flight while completing vital at-sea surface and air operations during seven deployment certification events
