- Fulfilling and supporting all civil activities, overseeing and managing subcontractors for the following activities such as site development, production pile installation, site excavation for foundations, Electrical and Pipe U/G excavation and installation, finish and site grading and as well as site drainage installation.
- I was responsible for all areas Power Island, Utilities, Liquefaction, and Pretreatment and BOG area per project civil schedule activities.
- Overall, our civil team accomplished multiple milestone completing major and key foundations in all areas of the project.
- Another responsibility was to lead a good grout placement program with our Field Superintendents to make sure we complied according to job specifications for cementitious and epoxy grout placement.
- Leading and coordinating concrete placements for all site for day and night shifts as well as concrete pump trucks with different vendor to make sure we had all areas covered.
- Also, setting up on site batch plant on site and coordinating with concrete supplier to make sure end date was complete to perform trial batches for mix design for the VG project per KZJV design.
- Batch plants both were set up to supply hot weather and cold weather concrete.

Golden Pass LNG Project

- Fulfilled the role by supporting setting up the onsite batch plants that will supply concrete for Golden Pass LNG Project.
- Working collectively with bath plant manager and team successfully set up a dry batch plant and wet batch plant both plants combined with a capacity of 250 CYS/HR.
- Both batch plants were set up with nitrogen to supply concrete for mass concrete foundations designed and other structural concrete mixes.
- During this project, I was also leading the efforts of the whole project by coordinating concrete schedule placements and pump coordination to make sure all areas were covered per our foundation schedule completion.
- My responsibilities for GPX also included controlling costs and maintaining profitability, scheduling crews and regular inspections of civil work to ensure quality and progress within project specifications.
- Conducted regular safety meetings addressing specific work areas and conditions to assure compliance with company and regulatory safety procedures.
- I also coordinated with engineers, customer, inspectors, etc. to isolate any possible problems and assisted in developing quick solutions.
