  • Spearheaded an executive team consisting of Controllership, FP&A, Taxes, Risk Management, Operations Finance, and Billing in a highly regulated environment with stringent process flows required to ensure collectability of funds
  • Championed the development of a new predictive model methodology for testing cash collections accuracy and revenue recognition as well as a new ground up build budget method and delivered a revised comprehensive budget to the board in 5 months
  • Revealed a very high-level reserve exposure and corrected the balance sheet accordingly and developed analytical tools around cash collections through the creation of a balance sheet analytical tools
