I spent 16 years in Taekwondo and reached the professional level where I had the opportunity to compete for the USA National Team as a #4 ranked Taekwondo competitor. I was also able to train students ages 5 to 18+ and hosted my own training program. I also decided to gather experience in both boxing and Jiu jitsu for a short amount of time.
