● Follow installation of conduit and cable tray runs according to blueprints, redlines and customer specs.
● Get approval of conduit and cable tray ladder by a quality control department before getting wire pulled in.
● Pull all power conductor wire into conduit and cable tray to all disconnects, lightning contactors, transformers, switch gears and motors.
● Pull all instrument and communication wires into conduit and cable trays to all boxes and instruments in the field.
● Terminate all power conductor wires after Meg cables for any rupture and insulation failure test.
● Terminate all instrument and communication cables into landing points according to customer or vendor schematics.
● Verify point to point landing points on every termination according to schematics, red lines and blueprints or vendor details.
● Install boxes, transformers, lightning contactors, stands, equipment and motors as customer specs and blueprints.
● Run all temporary power into the facility as a LOCK down power source of repairs and equipment removal.
● Perform demolition of conduit, boxes, cable tray or any electrical device as customer needs ot other contractor requests

● Keep track of material and customer orders to perform production deadlines as book requested.
● Operate all equipment with the authorization and certifications as customer required.
● Inspect all fall arrest systems to work at elevated areas.
● Conduit demolition to reactor area for pre Tar removal.
● LOTO procedures to disconnect circuits and demo existing cables and boxes.
● Install new lightning panels for new routing of circuits.
● Install conduit and supports for ne routing of Rigid conduit
● Pull wire to all receptacles and lightning.
● Meg all cables after wire pulling.
● Terminate all receptacles and lights with their designed TAGs.
● Get with operations to Turn on lightning panels after verifying LOTO.
● Temporary power across the unit for other contractors.
● Follow a routine maintenance checklist.
● Transfer tools, parts, equipment and supplies to and from workstations.
● Connect and disconnect wiring, piping and tubing.
● Refer to blueprints, repair manuals and parts catalogs to diagnose and repair equipment.
● Maintain and repaired tools, equipment and machines.
● Lubricate shafts, bearings and machinery gears.
● Operate precision measuring instruments and electrical and electronic testing devices.
● Inspected drives, motors and belts.
● Operate hand tools to adjust functional parts of devices and control instruments.
● Serviced systems for air handling, hydraulic, electrical, valves, circuits and pumps.
● Transfer tools, parts, equipment and supplies to and from workstations.
