  • Overseeing the dismantling of oil and gas production facilities by means of flushing, digging, cutting, capping and removal of liquid and gas pipelines. Accountable for all of the decision making throughout the entire demolition work
  • Ensuring that the demolition process remains smooth and efficient by organizing workflows and monitoring all costs associated with the work, thus ensuring cost reduction and proper time completion.
  • Schedule and evaluate manpower, equipment and trucks needed for jobs
  • Work with EH&S closely to identify equipment and pipes that contain NORM. Schedule the transportation and paperwork for NORM equipment to be hauled off
  • Identify and report areas of hydrocarbon and salt water contamination. Work closely with third party environmental company to remediate soil contamination
  • Directing, training, and assisting demolition crews
  • Prepare daily costs reports on AFE or LOE for demolition, construction and production work
  • Work directly with the warehouse equipment team to make sure we account for all production equipment (meter runs, test separators, EFM's and production separators) to evaluate if its junk or can be salvaged for re-use before starting demolition
  • Ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly and preparing work schedules fro crews and lease operators
  • Responsible for all construction of pipelines and facilities, from wellhead to sales point. Familiar with VR's dehy's, compressors, PD pumps, production scrubbers, construction and operation of valve headers, construction drawings and company specifications.
