Summary

My goal is to be a professional focused on the customer and his experience when receiving a product or service.
That is why I decided to study a Bachelor's Degree in Gastronomic Business, there is nothing better than receiving a good product and treatment when attending an establishment.
I consider myself a leader, I know how to connect with people and motivate them so they can do a better job.
I would love in the future to continue doing this in a management position or starting an own business.
What I have learned is that things only come with effort and motivation. When someone has those two things they can be able to do amazing things.

I am currently working as a line cook for one of The Broadmoor's Italian restaurants called Ristorante del Lago.

I also worked as a butcher for 6 months, supplying protein cuts to the different restaurants of the hotel and to the banquet area.
Currently I work as a line cook but when my support is required in the "butcher" or banquet kitchen area, my support is provided on a recurring basis.
