Summary
I’m an Electrical Engineering senior at FIU and I’m mainly focused on the power side of electrical engineering power systems, power electronics, and semiconductors. Most of my experience comes from hands-on academic projects where I’ve done circuit design, simulation, and technical reports. I also have experience with C/C++ through coursework and projects, and I’m comfortable using it when I need it to support engineering work. I’m currently looking for a CPT internship to build real industry experience in power engineering.

- Designed and tested a DC-DC buck converter project (DC step-down), going from theory to implementation by selecting component values, analyzing expected behavior, and validating results through simulation
- Modeled key converter performance factors such as voltage regulation, load response, and output ripple, and compared calculations vs. simulation to confirm correctness
- Used multiple engineering tools (ex: MATLAB/Simulink, LTspice/Multisim, and Excel) to run simulations, troubleshoot results, and clearly document the full design process
- Built a scientific calculator in C++ from scratch, implementing core math features (trig functions, logarithms, parentheses, decimals, constants like π) and ensuring accurate expression evaluation
- Applied solid C++ OOP design (classes, modular structure, header/source separation) and improved reliability through debugging and iterative testing in Code::Blocks
- Completed power systems academic projects focused on real-world electrical concepts (voltage, current, power, efficiency), strengthening my ability to analyze system behavior and explain results clearly
- Produced organized technical documentation including schematics, formulas, simulation screenshots, results tables, and engineering conclusions.
