- I have worked in the processing area as a supervisor for the last 12 years directly for Trillium Farms and another 5 years under contract.
- Previously I was responsible for site 4 where the eggs are packed and ship. I was in charge of 30 employees and was responsible for completing production orders.
- I am currently in charge of doing weekly safety training. I have to make sure I had the material to be able to complete the orders they sent me.
- I am in charge of completing the payroll.
- Now I am working at site 6, a breaker facility, where there are fewer people here but I am also responsible for taking out the daily orders.
