- I am trained in the NYC DOE GRP protocols and train the school staff and students on GRP protocols.
- I update the School Safety Plan and the Consolidated Plan to ensure that best practices are used for emergency and crisis situations.
- I maintain and use OORS data to drive decision-making with regard to school safety, tone, and instruction.
- I facilitate the organization and security for special events.
- I am trained in and use the Danielson Framework to assist in teacher observations.
