• Supported Waveguide Product Line by being the main point of contact for all suppliers and manufacturing floor issues. Responsible for reporting and closing all waveguides and gore cables related non-conformances.
• Developed new processes and inspection techniques to minimize schedule impacts. Teamed with senior engineers to prototype new waveguide components; conducted project /qualification planning for each new porotype. Assisted with design documentation utilizing detailed technical drawings and engineering specifications.
• Designed complex mechanical systems including integration of custom gore cables, support brackets and vellum drawings.
• Held and presented several final peer reviews of my portion of the design by using PowerPoint that capture visualize different design images and documentation requirements of the design.
• Responsible for Engineering Change Orders and revision controls of large satellites assemblies/collectors

Ensure compliance were followed per Mission Assurance Plan (MAP), Quality Program Requirements (QPR) and SSL Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.

• Provide preventative influence within manufacturing areas by finding inaccuracy with documentation, processes, TeamCenter & Flexsys databases & procedures.

• Witness & supervise significant space craft operations which require attention to detail and strong knowledge of the satellite systems. Support critical inspection on satellite parts & tasks. Satellite inspection included final inspections of reflectors, solar array & optical surface reflector panels, payload / electrical components as well as the interior and exterior of the spacecraft. Also supported final inspections at launch site.

• Supervise & train at any given time, 16 personnel in aircraft maintenance, servicing & troubleshooting on all mechanical areas of Boeing 707 (aircraft valued at 85 million dollars each) Maintenance inspection included parts from wing tips to landing gears, nose to tail as well as interior & exterior of the aircrafts.
• Perform test engine operation using special equipment such as ignition analyzer, compression check, distributor timer, borescope & ohmmeter to locate source of malfunction.
• Specialize in inspecting, repairing & troubleshooting aircraft propeller systems as well as fuel & oil systems, performed pressure adjustments, adjusted idle fuel mixtures & ground speed fuel mixture.
