  • Some of my main day-to-day duties include the generation of analytical reports, electronic data files, managing customer emails, and state EDT transfers.
  • I also prepare bottle orders for various clients who need to take water samples, create and manage a chain of custody form(s), and prepare sample labels.
  • I act as a liaison between clients and the Project Manager, either in person, over the phone, or over email.
  • Working with the front office staff with basic duties and office functions is something else I do regularly.
  • My duties include scheduling sample collections, sample pickups, and next-day shipments.
  • As well as managing customer accounts by created and filing invoices and chain of custody's.
  • Other examples of managing customer accounts that I perform on a daily basis is scheduling sample pickups, inputting important sample data, and keeping track of due dates for various clients.
  • Finally, one of my last main duties includes preparing monthly report packets for our sub-lab, Geo-monitor, as well as reviewing and logging in reports from them and their clients.
  • All of these duties, along with other miscellaneous office related activities, are day-to-day activities as the Assistant Project manager.
