Personable and dedicated School Bus Driver Solid team player with upbeat, positive attitude and proven skill in Communicating with customers/ Parents. Ask Rob, Ask Gina, Ask Any driver on how much the riders get along with me as a driver. I respect every rider and I have even spoken to a few in giving them advice, That skill started with dealing with my own kids at home whom all three graduated High School and one graduated from College.
From 8am I was responsible for New Vehicles that were dropped of in front of the dealership, Moving them to the back of the dealership, If any new car were damage I was responsible of taking photos of the damages, vin number and model of the car. Same like the previous dealership my responsibility was to stock them in, Fuel them and park them in the correct spot by models and trim line. I was always the one the Managers would call to the office for any status on the lot, I also helped out a lot in the service department dealing with customer questions and concerns. Then I would go and ask the Service Department Manager for the correct answer to give back to the customer since it was not my department but I always wanted to learn the department.
When I first started working for Burger King I came in with the mindset of becoming a Manager, After just 4 months I asked the store Manager what I need to do to go up the ranks in becoming a Manager, He looked at me and said "I never thought you would ask' , 3 days later my uniform was in and my training began, After 2-3 weeks later I was cashing out the registers, Putting the money in the safe and closing up the store. He believed in me and game me that opportunity but that dream quickly went down the drain. I rather answer any questions about this matter in person. My responsibilities were to make sure customers were satisfied with the orders taken, Making sure the lobby was always clean and that there was no miscommunication with the rest of the night crew employees.
