My ultimate goal in working in different retail locations is to learn everything I possibly can so that I can take everything that I've learned and to one day open my
own business. Love to have multiple mentors that can teach me what to do in certain scenarios and how to do specific tasks that I am unfamiliar with.
My job as an Assistant Store Manager was to ensure that the store was maintained throughout the day, count product to make sure our stock was correct and order product when needed. I would also write schedules for the store. Would open 2-3 times a week and throw load such as produce and meat, and also ensure that my staff takes there breaks and lunch.
My job as a Senior Sales Associate is to makes sales and hit our goal for the day, week, month, and quarter. Also to assist people in wanting to repair computers or phones. As
well as answer questions about printers and and other tech related item we have in the store. Was also a Key Carrier in the store.
Filled up items that were necessary through out the day such as water, milk, eggs, bread, and soft drinks. Also would be scheduled twice a week to recover the store in
the early morning before opening the store.
In charge of closing out registers and closing store 3-4 days a week. Also in charge of building new displays when new ads release for the week. In addition I would book
keep 2 times a week and ensure that the registers were not short, the safe was not off, and processing payroll.
