In June 2024 I successfully completed CDL School.
Now I hold a Class A with no restrictions and Tankers and doubles and triples endorsements.
And currently in the process of getting the HAZMAT endorsement.
In my prior employment I became part of the management team and learned the next steps in the corporate ladder, which are the billings, budgets, last and quick decision making, business relations, and team lead.
My goals are to keep learning from others but also share my experiences to became proficient in our line of work.

- Using SAHARA silo system transload sand into hopper/blender in Frac site operations
- Using hopper bottom system offload sand trucks in 10-15 minutes time lapse
- Collect tickets from driver for proper silos sand type count
- Data entry sand type weight truck number and company for billing and operations purposes
- Change bin need to fill up using state of the art computerized system
- Calibrate silos and belts both manual(electrical motors) and using computerized system
- Check oil water hydraulic liquids on belts generators every day
- Shovel any excess sand around bearing or path way of human personnel
- Maintain dust cause by sand using dust collection unit
- Service dust collector(drain water, purge) every day or when needed
- Drain any excess sand collected by dust control into sand bag operating auger
- When performing a rig move supervised trained SES personnel with help of trained crane operators assembled or disassembled silos bucket elevator upper belts and lower belt/base
- Load equipment on to flat belts power onlys and winch/stretch trailers for transport to yard or next job
- Safely connect/disconnect electronic or energized cables before and after every rig move to prevent damages that can cause comms lost or energy shortage
- Maintain office or outside working areas cleans and presentable
- Report daily operations with upper management Frac supervisors on site
- Attend daily safety meetings for daily to day operation procedures
- Fill out weekly invoices and send them to proper corporate personnel
- Assure all operators are following correct procedures
- Complete inspections as necessary
- Swap bearings on any belt part that needs replacement
- Maintain work vehicle in good conditions (Wash inside and out Regular maintenance)
- Do regular maintenance such as greasing bearing, oil change fluid top off on equipment (transloader, generators)
- Keep track of crews work hours
- Update crew about schedule changes and/or day to day operations
- Maintain good communication with third party sand logistics companies about empty silo and/or sand information coming in and out location
- Trouble-shoot and maintain electronic controls in working order
- Keep track of any materials or ppe needed in the field work trailer.
