Production Technicians dutes and responsibility's :

• Maintaining Personal GMP’s, Machine Sanitary conditions and good housekeeping in the Processing and filling area;
• Ensuring management of allergens is followed, where applicable, such as uniform policy, use of color coded sanitation tools;
• Operating the machines as per instructions given during training;
• Performing Cleaning In Place (CIP) and general cleanings of the machine and surrounding area as per required frequency;
• Ensuring and coordinating feeding of materials & documenting the lot #’s of the materials;
• Periodically checking for quality and documenting the information;
• Perform assigned cleaning tasks during startup, shut down;
• Ensuring Machine is stopped prior to performing any corrective action;
• Maintaining safety at workplace- wearing PPE wherever required;
• Managing Spill control- first respondent, Lead and direct team members dispensing all line wastes at correct waste stream;
• Spill control is a way to control the potential for ross contamination of allergens.
• Performing any other duties as assigned by Production Supervisor.

• As a Ends Tecnician in canpack my essential funtions are:
• Ensure overall prodution of machine and quality according to specification sheets ;
• Perform basic repair on end line equipment;
• Check accuracy and quality of finished ends;
• Locate and clear basic jams that may occur on the machine during prodution;
• Assist with regular servicing and problem solving regarding machinery;
• Train or assist other employees on the daily practices of prodution related duties,such as but not limited to,product changes,housekeeping and visual quality checks.

• Primary Duties and Responsibilities :

Ability to do repetitive tasks – Hand feed sheets through sander, flip sheet and stack on pallet;

Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs);

Accurately record production and necessary paperwork;

Monitor quality of product;

Work safely and maintain a clean work environment;

Perform other assigned tasks;

Primary Duties and Responsibilities :

Perform the set-ups and start-ups on the saw according to customer specifications;

Establish proper parameters for saw operation;

Ensure that machines are provided with adequate material in order to complete jobs correctly and efficiently;

Ensure that work order specifications are followed according to established schedule;

Perform quality checks on products to ensure product is manufactured according to customer specifications;

Ensure that machinery is working properly at all times;

Troubleshoot saw for problems and make the proper adjustments;

Perform general maintenance on equipment;

Operate forklift when needed;

Ensure housekeeping duties are performed on the plant floor;

Follow all plant safety procedures in order to ensure personal safety and the safety of others;

Assist other team members as needed.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Equipment assembly procedures are properly adhered to on a daily basis;

Support set up of production lines and verify proper sanitation of food contact surfaces;

Meet company and USDA specifications by cleaning and sanitizing machines to ensure that morning production crews can start on time. This may include tasks such as prioritizing, planning and moving quickly and steadily through sanitation duties;

Supervise the proper sanitation of machine parts and equipment with cleaners, sanitizers and hoses;

Inspect parts and equipment for cleanliness, damage, and compliance with standards or regulations;

Perform lock-out tag-out on machines when working on and cleaning machines.
