Recently, at Gyre9 I worked closely with my manager to implement and install safety measures at the warehouse I supervise It was a challenging task that frankly, had me a bit discouraged at first I knew I had to stay focus and hone into my abilities to be self-reliant and exercise patience to not easily get discouraged or distracted for that matter This reminded me of how I feel when I go fishing, my favorite past time, where you have to be patient, focus, observant and just relax if you want to achieve great results The project was 100% successful and it felt pretty good that I was entrusted with a project and recognized for the hard work and dedication I put into the project and more importantly, I gained more confidence
