I've been a long time dedicated YMCA member since 2017. I've made a lot of friends there. Almost everyday, I start my mornings with a variety of group workouts that this facility offers to it's members. I enjoy H.I.I.T.(high intensity interval training), Yoga, Spin, Pilates, Body Pump, Aqua Zumba, and Aqua Fit. Sometimes I enjoy skipping the group workouts and doing my own freestyle workouts, like lifting weights, using the cardio room, going for a swim, or just sitting in sauna.
