For the past 20 years, I’ve worked as a racehorse trainer specializing in preparing horses to break safely and effectively from the starting gate. My role requires precision, patience, and the ability to perform under high-pressure situations, especially when handling horses competing in million-dollar races.
For the last 12 years, I’ve also served as a Union Shop Steward, where I’ve led and supported my crew by resolving workplace issues, maintaining strong communication between team members and management, and ensuring policies and safety standards were upheld.
My work has always required strong attention to detail, safety awareness, teamwork, and leadership. I’m used to high-responsibility environments where preparation, consistency, and reliability directly impact results. I take pride in staying calm under pressure and making sure both the team and the individuals I work with are in the best possible position to succeed.
