I was a delivery driver and would install appliances for Lowe's. After one month of working with this company I was promoted to Lead trainer/supervisor. I would over see 7 trucks and i was the go to guy when there were any questions or concerns. I would also fly out to different states/cities every two weeks to start new contracts and train for this company. Making deliveries on time with no damage claims or bad reviews. I lead my team and never asked them to do anything I have never done or willing to do. My team trusted me and knew they could always count on me no matter what time of day. I left this company to start my own but continued to help out with any issues or questions they had.

I was the owner of the company as well as the driver & installer. I would drive, deliver and install appliances for Lowe's and Home Depot. We had anywhere from 13-21 stops a day with a time window we would have to meet. We would make sure the customer was always happy and taken care of. Before we moved on to the next stop we would make sure to deliver/install & if need be remove/haul away old appliance as well as make sure new appliance was running properly. At times we would run into some issues with customers about their delivery but it was always up to us to make things right and keep them happy. I was a Delivery helper for this company. Once he seen my experience in delivery and install he made me trainer for his other trucks and even sent me on my own routes. We would deliver for Menard's anywhere from 7-13 stops a day. I also followed him to Colorado to start a farm but had to leave shortly after due to pay not being what we discussed.

I would assign drivers to docks and then assign my team to that dock for unloading and loading product. We would break down pallets and re stack when needed. My role was to take payment from drivers and assign them to a door as well as assign my crew to a dock for unloading/loading. I would over see 15 employees at one time making sure they were palletizing correctly and in a timely manner.
