With two years under my belt; Ive learned that listening and communicating with your team is the most important way to get the job done. Being fluent in Spanish and English made me an even better electrician laborer in providing those communicative skills to whichever crew i was apart of. I learned to be open ears and take in whatever knowledgeable information comes from the Journeyman and soak in the different ways people operate a crew and adapt to it so any job given can be completed the right way and in due time. I still wish to have more experience in learning new things to be better at my job and im willing to learn all the in and outs of what makes a great Electrician.
