BU LWW

• Partner with Operations Managers and Senior Leaders to develop daily operational plans.
• Update the hourly Process Board to ensure USS and PTS goals are met, and adjust staffing as needed to address business demands.
• Run downtime reports periodically to address productivity and quality concerns, and collaborate with the Operations Manager to implement effective solutions.
• Conduct a on floor building walk/review to evaluate team performance and determine if staffing adjustments are needed to remove obstacles to meet business demands.
• Perform team audits and discuss performance to identify and address opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct Near Miss observations throughout the day to ensure team safety.

LCS (Label Control Specialist)

• Ensure that labels for USS, PTS, and IBOB are printed in sequence to support team productivity and meet daily goals for both the current and following shifts.
• Review wave progress to ensure 100% completion and reprint labels for pending locations to facilitate smooth transitions for other departments handling the wave.
• Report operational concerns to Leaders and Operations Managers based on feedback from team members.
• Coordinate with Control Center to release waves required to meet business goals for both the current and upcoming shifts

WHS IM

• Ensure team safety by fixing fallen pallets and removing broken or damaged ones, allowing operations to proceed efficiently.
• Ensure all waves reach 100% completion by working with the LCS, conducting on-site evaluations, and making appropriate decisions based on observations to prevent quality issues with ICQA and ensuring that all departments obtain the freight needed to achieve their goals.
• Support team members across all departments by addressing and resolving issues encountered in a timely and effective manner.
• Manage the processing of Apple freight in security aisles and collaborate with TSS on any security-related inquiries or issues
• Manage competing priorities across all departments daily by strategically balancing tasks with minimal supervision or guidance, ensuring that all goals are achieved by the end of the day.

Standard Department Functions

Order Picker, Reach Truck and RC (BULK)

• Perform label picking for all departments in the building with precision, ensuring quality staying productive
• Place freight in the designated locations accurately.

GPM and Tugging

• Transport freight across all departments to the designated locations.

• Loaded, unloaded, and moved material to and from storage and production areas.
• Gathered and disposed of worksite debris to remove safety hazards.
• Worked with city Inspectors to understand the principles of construction standards.
• Completed construction projects on time by adhering to strict deadlines and prioritizing tasks appropriately.
• Gathered waste and trash to keep job sites clean and organized.
