3-Year Rotational Apprenticeship Program

• Third year: fully hands-on field work applying skills learned in classrooms across all departments
• Gained experience with various electrical systems and equipment. Developed practical skills installation, troubleshooting, and safety compliance in a high-risk industrial environment

• Operated overhead crane to harvest copper cathodes, supporting continuous plate production
• Conducted regular maintenance and inspections of electrolysis cells to ensure optimal performance
• Maintained safe and efficient operations while walking the full length of the cell line during long shifts (8–10 hours)
• Worked rotating 7-day on/7-day off schedules with alternating day and night shifts, demonstrating endurance and reliability

• Participated in a structured rotation program, shadowing operators across multiple areas of the mine
• Gained hands-on exposure to equipment operation, safety standards, and production workflows
• Demonstrated adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Selected and placed into a primary work area based on performance and operational requirements

• Executed accurate and efficient packing and preparation of customer orders for timely shipment.
• Scanned items and verified order details using handheld devices
