• Worked directly with lead engineer assisting in the development of standard work processes for the assembly of the very critical M250 compressor case halves.
• Designed tools and fixtures needed to safely assemble compressor case halves.
• Wrote and developed inspection inspection plans for the compressor case halves.
• Trained the assemblers and inspectors assigned to me for the job.

• Supervised the repair and overhaul on gear boxes, tail rotor gear boxes, pitch control arms, bearing installs and many other parts. For customers like Bell, MD Helicopters, eurocopter, Rolls Royce, Sikorsky.

• Repaired and overhauled various models of the Rolls Royce M250 series engine.
• Inspected all related parts for affected engine components.

• As the senior Sergeant I supervised the day shift maintenance, maintenance inspections and post flight turnaround inspections for the flight schedule of 25 AV8B Harriers and 10 TAV8B Harriers.
• Held the tittles of Plane Captain, Collateral duty inspector, Collateral duty quality assurance representative. I was also low power and high powered turn qualified.
